Board Members

Noel Griffin


Noel has extensive experience in management, operation and ownership of transport and agricultural businesses. From 1982 to 1995, Noel was Managing Director of Refrigerated Roadways Pty Ltd, which at one stage was the largest refrigerated carrier in Australia. The business was sold to TNT in 1995. Noel was a major shareholder and Managing Director of Table Grape Growers Pty Ltd from 1997 to 2003 and has served as a Director on several unlisted and listed companies. Noel was also a director of Centrepoint Alliance Finance Ltd from 2005 to 2014. Noel is a shareholder in Village National.

Brett McDonald

Non Executive Director

Currently Queensland Operations Manager for Sekisui House.  Brett has a career of experience in Property, Projects, Construction, Engineering, Telecommunication, Operations and Maintenance and Manufacturing. Brett was previously the President of Australasia for Red Sea Housing Services where he organised the procurement and modular construction of a 14,000 person camp in Malaysia and a 432 person camp on Manus Island..

Rick Nelson

Non Executive Director

Richard was a founder of Centrepoint Finance Group in 1982, which then grew to become one of Australia’s largest commercial finance brokers. In 2005 it merged with Alliance Finance to form the ASX listed Group Centrepoint Alliance. Richard served as Managing Director of this business until 2007 when he became the non-executive Deputy Chairman. In 2008, he assumed the role of non-executive Chairman until his retirement in 2015. Richard brings strong financial and business analysis skills to Village National. He is a director of a number of unlisted companies. Rick is a shareholder in Village National.

Chief Executive Officer

Chris is a sales and commercial General Manager with over 20 years’ experience in driving organisational and functional change, Chris joined the team in 2020. Expert in creating multi-layered sales strategies to improve customer engagement, revenue targets and organisational efficiencies that work across divisions.

Ainslie Cunningham and Debra Anderson

Company Secretary

Ms. Ainslie Cunningham and Ms. Debra Anderson, Co-Founders and Directors of 3YS Owls are the Village National Holdings Limited joint Company Secretary.

Julian Roberts

General Manager: Fixed Camps

Julian is a multi-Site AM/FM and Hospitality Operations Specialist with over 30 years’ experience in remote resources, hospitality and retail specialising in project management. Julian has worked directly and indirectly with Tier 1 contractors across minerals, gas, construction in project delivery for greenfield sites and multi-faceted production operational assets.

Scott Bailey

Financial Controller

Scott leads the Group’s finance, treasury, accounting, tax, insurance, commercial and statutory functions. Village National benefits from Scott’s extensive financial leadership experience from his background in the Mining, Manufacturing & Heavy Engineering industries.

Megan Wallace

Health, Safety & Quality Manager

Megan is a risk specialist who, along with management, designed, planned and implemented the quality management system at OICS and subsequently Village National. Megan has a background in design, project management and audit and is a qualified HSE professional. Megan owns the Quality function at Village National and is well respected in her field in the Oil and Gas and Resources sectors.
